Terms
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms apply between Kuppo and the business that uses Kuppo. Kuppo is for businesses, not consumers.
The service
Kuppo lets you run a digital loyalty card. Your customers join by NFC chip or QR code and can save the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Apple and Google decide when a card shows on a lock screen, so we can't promise it appears at a given moment.
Trial, payment and cancelling
- New accounts get a 14-day trial, with no card needed. During early access Kuppo may be free.
- After the trial your card pauses until you subscribe. A paused account isn't deleted: customers keep their stamps and you can still export your data.
- Subscriptions renew each period and are billed in advance through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
- You can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period; we don't refund partial periods.
Your responsibilities
- You honour the rewards you offer. Rewards are between you and your customer.
- You keep logins safe and are responsible for what your staff do with them.
- You only message customers who agreed to it, and you follow the law, including the GDPR.
- You don't misuse Kuppo, for example by sending spam or attacking the service.
Data
Your customer data is yours. We process it for you under our data processing agreement, which is part of these terms. If you delete your account we remove your data, apart from what we must keep by law.
Liability
We work to keep Kuppo available but don't guarantee it is uninterrupted. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect loss such as lost profit. This doesn't limit liability for intent or gross negligence.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms and will email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you materially. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms.
Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
